At Invogue Mirrors & Bathware, we are committed to delivering an exceptional experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. Our policies are designed with care, transparency, and the highest standards of service in mind.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Costs We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders. No minimum spend required.

Delivery Times Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch:

  • Metro areas (major capital cities and surrounding suburbs): Average 4–5 business days.
  • Regional & Remote areas: 4–9 business days, depending on your exact location.

Shipping Carriers

  • Smaller items are shipped via Australia Post.
  • Larger items are shipped via StarTrack or TNT.

All standard products are delivered directly to the address you provide at the checkout.

Special Handling for Large Items The following oversized items require special packaging and delivery:

  • Mirror cabinets (1,200mm and 1,500mm wide)
  • Rectangle Smart Mirrors (1,800mm wide)

These items are securely packed in custom wooden protective crates and shipped to your nearest TNT depot. We use the official TNT Depot Locator based on the shipping address provided at checkout. If the nearest depot is significantly far, we will endeavour to arrange delivery to a nearby TNT agent where possible.

Tracking & Urgent Orders You will receive tracking details by email upon dispatch. For urgent orders, please contact us immediately after ordering and we will endeavour to prioritise your order.


Returns & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our premium products.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all protective films and labelling intact.
  • Mirror cabinets (1,200mm and 1,500mm wide) and 1,800mm wide rectangle smart mirrors are not eligible for return due to their size, weight, and special crating requirements.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items are non-returnable (unless faulty).

Return Costs & Restocking Fee

  • You are responsible for both the original shipping costs and return shipping costs.
  • A 10% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
  • Merchant processing fees (e.g. credit card or payment gateway fees) are non-refundable.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer care team at info@invoguemirrors.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Await approval and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service (at your expense).

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 10% restocking fee and any non-refundable merchant processing fees. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at info@invoguemirrors.com.au with a short video clip clearly showing the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping where applicable) at no cost to you.
