Delivery Information
We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders. Please note that our 1800mm only Florence and Venice mirrors, as well as the 1200mm and 1500mm wide mirror cabinets, (Santander, Milan, Madrid) are delivered to your nearest TNT depot and will require customer collection.
Your mirror will be shipped with trusted carriers such as Australia Post or StarTrack, depending on the item size and your location. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Damaged in Transit?
If your mirror arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@invoguemirrors.com.au with photos of the damage and your order number.
We’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent out right away — at no cost to you.
Returns & Refunds
If something’s not quite right, we’ve made returns simple and transparent.
Return Window
You can return any unused and undamaged item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it.
