At InVogue Mirrors, we’re committed to delivering premium service alongside our premium mirrors. From fast, reliable delivery to easy returns, we’re here to make your experience smooth and worry-free.

Delivery Information

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders. Please note that our 1800mm only Florence and Venice mirrors, as well as the 1200mm and 1500mm mirror cabinets, are delivered to your nearest TNT depot and will require customer collection.

Your mirror will be shipped with trusted carriers such as Australia Post or StarTrack, depending on the item size and your location. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Damaged in Transit?

If your mirror arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@invoguemirrors.com.au with photos of the damage and your order number.
We’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent out right away — at no cost to you.

Returns & Refunds

If something’s not quite right, we’ve made returns simple and transparent.

Return Window

You can return any unused and undamaged item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it.

How to Start a Return

Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind:

• You’ll be responsible for both original and return shipping costs

• A 10% restocking fee applies

• Merchant processing fees are non-refundable

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
