Antique Brass on a kitchen tap
Antique Brass is the darker, browner of our two brass finishes, the one some people call aged brass. In a kitchen it goes with timber benchtops, stone and darker cabinetry, and it doesn’t look gold the way a brighter brass can.
It doesn’t tarnish. A kitchen tap gets handled a lot more than a bathroom one, so clean it often and simply: warm soapy water and a soft cloth, then dry it. Keep bleach, acidic cleaners and scourers off it. The finish has a 3-year warranty and the tap body 15 years.
Want a pull-out spray instead? The Porto pull-out kitchen tap is also made in Antique Brass. If you’re doing the bathroom as well, the Vienna Short and Vienna Tall basin mixers come in the same finish.
The Como is also made in Brushed Brass, Brushed Nickel, Brushed Gunmetal, Matte Black and Chrome.
