An antique brass door handle that matches the taps
An antique brass door handle usually has to match something else in the house, and in a bathroom that's the taps. Ours come from one range: the lever, lock and hinge are made in the same antique brass, often called aged brass, as our basin taps, showers and drains. It's a darker golden-brown that doesn't tarnish, and all 24 of our designs come in it.
Antique brass door hardware: what's in the set
The Santorini lever has Ø53.5 mm roses; the Prague privacy lock suits bathroom and bedroom doors; and the Venezia butt hinge is 102 × 76 × 3 mm and sold individually. All three are 304 stainless steel, so the strength is in the steel and the colour is in the finish.
Antique brass door lever handles: sizing
Lever and lock suit doors 30 to 42 mm thick with a 60 mm backset, measured from the door edge to the centre of the handle hole. That covers most interior doors; measure yours before ordering. If an old handle has left marks on the door face, check the Ø53.5 mm roses cover them. Order one Venezia hinge for each hinge position on the door, as they come singly.

Taps in the same finish
On the basin, the Vienna Tall gives 200 mm under the spout for a vessel basin and the Vienna Short 75 mm for one set into the bench; both are certified under the Lead Free WaterMark scheme, which meets the NZ Building Code lead limit. In the kitchen the Como swivels and the Porto pulls out.
How the finish wears
Antique brass hides water marks better than brushed brass, and because ours doesn't tarnish it needs no polishing: warm soapy water, a soft cloth, then dry. Antique brass vs brushed brass sets the two golds side by side.
Every product here has the same cover: 15 years on the body, 7 years on cartridges, valves and moving parts, 3 years on the finish and 2 years on washers, seals and O-rings (tapware warranty). Taps and showers must be installed by a licensed plumber, to the NZ Building Code (G12), for the warranty to apply.
