Matte Black on a twin shower

In a shower, black fittings read as clean dark lines against the tiles. Matte Black is our darkest, flattest finish and gives the most contrast with white walls and pale stone. Brushed Gunmetal is the softer dark choice if you want less contrast.

Water spots show more on a matte finish than a brushed one, but they’re a quick wipe, not a lasting problem. Wipe it with warm soapy water and a soft cloth and dry it. Keep acid and chlorine cleaners off it, and anything abrasive. The finish has a 3-year warranty and the body 15 years.

The Milano wall mixer and Cannes mixer and diverter are made in Matte Black. Add the Granada shower drain and a Copenhagen robe hook and the whole shower matches.

The Corsica is also made in Antique Brass, Brushed Brass, Brushed Nickel, Brushed Gunmetal and Chrome.

Questions about the Corsica Twin Shower Set with Dual Shower Head

How do I care for the finish?

Wipe it with warm soapy water and a soft cloth, then dry it. Avoid acid, chlorine and abrasive cleaners: they damage the finish, and that damage isn’t covered by the warranty.

Will it work with my water pressure?

It’s rated for 50–800 kPa. If your home has a low-pressure system, such as an older gravity-fed hot-water cylinder, ask your plumber to check the pressure at the tap before you buy. Below the minimum, the flow will be weak.

Who installs it?

A licensed plumber, to the NZ Building Code (G12). Licensed installation is a condition of the warranty.
