Chrome on a bottle trap
A matching waste makes a chrome basin look finished. Chrome is our brightest, coolest finish, a polished silver. If your tap is Brushed Nickel instead, get the waste in nickel, because side by side the two silvers look different.
Polished chrome shows water spots, so dry it after cleaning. Use warm soapy water and a soft cloth, and avoid acid, chlorine and abrasive cleaners. Install it following the instructions supplied. The warranty is 15 years on the body, 7 years on moving parts, 3 years on the finish and 2 years on washers and seals.
It goes with the Lisbon pop-up waste and a Vienna or Milano tap, all made in Chrome. Under a wall-hung basin the trap is on show, so it’s worth matching.
The Firenze is also made in Antique Brass, Brushed Brass, Brushed Nickel, Brushed Gunmetal and Matte Black.
