Antique Brass on a door lock
Door hardware is how a finish moves out of the bathroom and through the rest of the house. Antique Brass, sometimes called aged brass, is the darker, browner of our two brasses. It suits timber doors, warm white paint and villas and older homes.
It doesn’t tarnish. A wipe with warm soapy water and a soft cloth, then a dry, is all it needs. Avoid acid, chlorine and abrasive cleaners. The warranty is 15 years on the body, 7 years on moving parts, 3 years on the finish and 2 years on washers and seals.
The Santorini door handle and Venezia hinge are made in Antique Brass, so the lock, handle and hinges on a door can all match.
The Prague is also made in Brushed Brass, Brushed Nickel, Brushed Gunmetal, Matte Black and Chrome.
