Care. Use a soft microfibre cloth with water or mild soapy water, then dry it with a clean, dry cloth. Don’t use abrasive cleaners or chemical sprays.

Questions about the Milano Wall Spout Plus Wall Mixer

How do I care for the finish?

Wipe it with warm soapy water and a soft cloth, then dry it. Avoid acid, chlorine and abrasive cleaners: they damage the finish, and that damage isn’t covered by the warranty.

Will it work with my water pressure?

It’s rated for 50–800 kPa. If your home has a low-pressure system, such as an older gravity-fed hot-water cylinder, ask your plumber to check the pressure at the tap before you buy. Below the minimum, the flow will be weak.

Is it lead-free?

Yes. Certified under the Lead Free WaterMark scheme, which meets the NZ Building Code lead limit.

Can I get a replacement cartridge?

Yes, we supply replacement cartridges. The cartridge has a 7-year warranty, and if it fails in that time we send the replacement part at no cost. After that, contact us with your model and finish and we’ll arrange one. A licensed plumber fits it.

Will it suit my wall depth?

The in-wall valve is made for a wall depth of 45–70 mm. Your plumber sets it within that range and tests it before tiling, so the cover plate sits flat on the finished wall.
