Brass taps in a soft brushed gold
Our brushed brass taps are a lighter, brighter gold than our antique brass, with a fine brushed grain. Under the finish, the basin, wall and kitchen taps have DZR brass bodies and Citec ceramic cartridges, and all 24 designs come in it.
Basin, wall and kitchen
The Vienna Tall gives 200 mm under the spout for a vessel basin and the Vienna Short 75 mm for a basin in the bench. The Milano wall spout and mixer puts a 192 mm spout on the wall instead. In the kitchen, the Porto pulls out and the Como swivels.
Brass door handles for the whole house
The Santorini lever carries the gold from the bathroom to every interior door. It suits doors 30 to 42 mm thick with a 60 mm backset and has Ø53.5 mm roses. Against a white or pale door the gold reads clearly; on timber it is quieter. The Prague lock suits the same door range, so a bathroom door can take both, with Venezia hinges in the same gold.
Brass door hardware: lock and hinge
The Prague privacy lock and the Venezia butt hinge (102 × 76 × 3 mm, sold individually) match it. All three are 304 stainless steel with the brushed brass finish.
Lead and certification
The Vienna, Milano and Como models in brushed brass are certified under the Lead Free WaterMark scheme, which meets the NZ Building Code lead limit. The showers carry WaterMark licence WM-022555 to AS/NZS 3662.
Shower and accessories
The Corsica rail set, the Lille roll holder and the Provence towel rail complete the room, with the Granada shower drain showing only a thin gold frame.
Brass door handles: NZ delivery and care
Delivery is free NZ-wide. Clean brushed brass with warm soapy water and a soft cloth, then dry it, and it keeps its colour; acid, chlorine and abrasive cleaners damage the finish. Brushed brass lifts white or pale tiles and reads more contemporary than antique brass. Antique brass vs brushed brass compares our two golds.
Every product here has the same cover: 15 years on the body, 7 years on cartridges, valves and moving parts, 3 years on the finish and 2 years on washers, seals and O-rings (tapware warranty). Taps and showers must be installed by a licensed plumber, to the NZ Building Code (G12), for the warranty to apply.
